Regulations

General rules

  1. The Administrator of the complex is KURORT Sp. zo.o. Szaflary Osiedle Nowe 20.

  2. The text of the regulations is also available on our internet page: www.termypodhalanskie.pl

  3. The complex is open daily from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.

  4. Before entering and using the swimming pool complex all guests should become accustomed with and follow these regulations, as well as the swimming pool instructions, while in the indoor or outdoor swimming pools.

  5. Persons within the swimming pool complex who are behaving outside of normally accepted public order standards or good morals, using bad language or causing danger to other guests, not complying with these regulations and complex staff recommendations and instructions, may be expelled from the complex without the right to receive any refund for any paid swimming pool charges.

  6. All persons using the complex are obliged to follow the announcements broadcast through the internal radio system.

  7. Within the complex the following behaviour is forbidden:

  • Smoking, chewing gum or drinking alcoholic beverages (except for in the assigned places),

  • Carrying sharp or dangerous objects,

  • Bringing food or other goods in glass containers/bottles to the complex

  • Bringing animals into the complex,

  • The entrance of any person/s under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

8. The organiser of a group is responsible for the consequences of their groups’ behaviour.

9. All the equipment available to customers has appropriate certificates and is safe if used according to the instructions.
10. The rules for using other equipment – outside the swimming pool hall - are regulated by separate regulations.
11. The complex is constantly monitored.
12. It is not allowed to conduct any commercial activity without the written consent of the complex administer.

Thermal swimming pool complex usage regulations

  1. Persons that can not swim may use the pool only in the places marked for non swimmers.

  2. Organised groups must have one guardian per 15 participants.

  3. The group guardian, as soon as he enters the complex with his group, is obliged to contact the life guard on duty to agree the rules for using the pools.

  4. Activities can take part only in the presence of swimming instructors and life guards.

  5. Group activities can take place only according to the agreed schedule, available at the information desk.

  6. Within the complex, swimming suits/costumes are to be worn: women - swimming costume or bikini / men in swimming trunks.

  7. Within the complex guests can walk either in bare feet or in beach footwear.

  8. Group guardians are to wear swimming costume/trunks.

  9. Children using nappies must wear special nappies suitable for swimming pool use.

  10. All persons must shower before entering the swimming pool area to wash their body and disinfect their feet.

  11. When using the pool attractions/features in the swimming pool areas, as well as the outdoor swimming pools, the instructions, signs and staff orders are to be obeyed by all guests.

  12. When using the water slides, all the instructions and traffic lights at the staring point are to be obeyed.

  13. Within the thermal swimming pools complex the following is forbidden:

  • Running and pushing other people into the water, all types of dangerous behaviour,

  • The presence of people under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances;

  • The sale, offering, bringing or consuming of alcoholic beverages

  • Causing false alarms

  • Climbing on the sculptures, banisters, life guard tower, walls surrounding the pools, flowerbeds and other equipment or devices that are not meant for this purpose,

  • Jumping to the water from the walls, banisters, Jacuzzi tub, flowerbeds or other parts of building construction; neither jumping to the pools is allowed, particularly head first,

  • Usage of the life saving equipment for purposes other than rescue,

  • Usage of slides or other fun features for purposes other then stated,

  • Consuming food in the changing rooms, swimming pools area - excluding the “wet” bar,

  • The throwing of food containers/plates, food remains and other objects that are not for designed for play in the water,

  • Destroying equipment and furnishings,

  • The use of soap or other chemicals.

  1. People with visible skin problems, open wounds; with breathing, cardiovascular, or balance problems, epilepsy, contagious diseases; not following personal hygiene rules; persons who have frequent vein injections or demonstrating aggressive behaviour, will not be permitted to not enter the thermal swimming pools.

  2. People of poor health, low physical fitness and pregnant women should use the pools equipment according to their current abilities. The administrator accepts no responsibility for any effects on such persons.

  3. Children up to 10 years of age may be present in the swimming pools complex only if accompanied by an adult.

  4. Any injuries or abnormalities should be reported to the life guard on duty.

  5. All persons using the thermal swimming pools complex should place and store their clothes, bags and other objects brought with them in the assigned lockers in the changing rooms. Valuable objects should be stored in the assigned appropriate place.

CHARGES

  1. Charges are to be paid at the entrance according to the price list and are not refundable.

  2. The time spent in the complex is counted from the moment of passing the entrance gate at the cash point till and passing this gate on exit.

  3. The time spent in the swimming pools complex is accounted based on the price list approved by the company’s management board.

  4. An invoice for the services provided at the complex can be received at the information desk up to 7 days from the day of receiving the service upon provision of the fiscal receipt.

  5. Tickets entitling to access the complex (all cards, subscription cards) can be obtained only from the entity managing the complex or from authorised representatives.

  6. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources or obtained in an unauthorised way will not be accepted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. For damage caused to any part of the complex furnishings, to destroying or damaging any objects designed for guest usage while they are in the complex, a charge will be made to the full value of the damage.

  2. The administrator does not accept any responsibility for any unattended or objects lost at the complex, including valuables.

  3. The administrator does not accept responsibility for any damage to swim wear at the complex.

  4. For the loss of the electronic bracelet there is a charge of 100 PLN.

  5. The administrator does not accept responsibility for any accident caused by not following the hereto outlined rules, instructions on usage of the pools attractions and staff instructions.

  6. The administrator does not accept responsibility for customers who did not acquaint themselves with these regulations and the slide, sauna and other water attractions usage.

  7. The purchase of a ticket is considered as acceptance of the regulations.
